QRaten is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Standards followed

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities.

3. Accessibility features

  • Sufficient colour contrast between text and background.
  • Alternative text on informational images.
  • Keyboard-navigable interface.
  • Meaningful link and button labels.
  • Responsive design for different screen sizes and devices.
  • PWA installable on any device without a store.
  • Offline mode to ensure continuity of service in low-connectivity environments.

We are aware that some parts of the platform may not yet be fully accessible. We are actively working to address these limitations in future updates.
