By accessing or using QRaten (available at app.qraten.com), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of service

QRaten is an academic attendance management platform that allows users to record attendance via QR code or TOTP codes, manage courses and sub-courses, and export reports in Excel and PDF. The service is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA) on Android, iOS, and desktop.

3. Account registration

To access QRaten features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for illegal, fraudulent or unauthorised purposes.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service's infrastructure.
  • Share your credentials or allow access to unauthorised third parties.
  • Record false attendance on behalf of other users.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of the application.

5. Plans and pricing

QRaten offers a free plan with permanent access for students and members. Institutional access may require a paid or agreed plan. Pricing details are available at qraten.com/en#precios.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, code and trademarks of QRaten are the exclusive property of their owners. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without prior written authorisation.

7. Privacy

Data processing is governed by our Privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

QRaten is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

9. Modifications to the service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to notify users of significant changes.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bolivia.
