  • Institutional data: institution name, role, courses, sub-courses and groups you create or belong to.
  • Attendance records: date, time, session and attendance status for each check-in.
  • Device data: browser type, operating system and approximate location (if you grant permission).
  • Offline data: records temporarily stored on your device using IndexedDB, synced to the server when connectivity is restored.
  • Usage data: pages visited, clicks and interactions to improve the product.

3. Why do we use your data?

  • Providing and maintaining the service.
  • Recording and managing academic attendance.
  • Generating Excel and PDF reports.
  • Sending essential notifications and alerts.
  • Improving and optimising the platform.

The processing of your data is based on: (a) the performance of the contract when you use the platform, (b) your consent for optional features such as notifications, and (c) legitimate interest for security and fraud prevention.
